Anna Cardillo is an attorney-at-law and of counsel at Spirit Legal. She specialises in data protection law, data protection management and information security. Clients trust her skills as a certified data protection auditor (Bitkom), external data protection officer, certified data protection manager and certified business coach with a focus on change and conflict management as well as communication.
For more than 15 years, Anna Cardillo has been advising companies and public bodies throughout Germany on all aspects of data protection. In particular, she assists clients with the implementation of appropriate data protection management systems, including tailored information security management. She focuses on providing strategic advice to clients, assists in the resolution of conflicts, and accompanies clients with expertise and tact in the introduction and enforcement of digital processes.
When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out new recipes from around the world, travelling and marvelling at historic buildings, for which she has a passion.
